Great service!! and very knowledgeable. They will not repair just for the sake of repair. If they do not believe they can actually fix the problem at its source, they will let you know. Appreciate the integrity.

Thanks for giving me a true diagnosis. I took the car to the luck shop as you suggested, Joe. Explained to Craig no run and symptoms and what you suspected. He tried to reflash the vehicle with the current key, but it wouldn't take. Once I got the main key, Craig was able to reflash it to communicate with the vehicle. Thanks again for your honesty and candidness.
