I went in because a dash light came on. They hooked up the computer and told me this bunch of convoluted work had to be done. I made an appointment, but also got a second opinion. Turned out that the light was just letting me know that I was very late on my oil change, and that there was no work needed to be done. I will not be going back as they attempted to make money based on my personal ignorance of the dash lights.
