Very professional , excellent service

Had a little scare with my 2019 Ram after getting a cylinder 5 misfire code. Dealership said they could look at it in 3 weeks. JCA got me in and out of the shop in 2 days. The Ram has well known Cylinder 5 valve and cam issues. Instead of taking advantage, the guys at the shop diagnosed the issue and saved me thousands of dollars. I would not call them cheap, but they are honest, prices are fair, and they kept me updated on my truck's status and made sure I was aware of what the repairs would cost. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer of JCA for 15 years. I would not trust my vehicle with anyone else, but the staff at JCA always professional, and they always make you feel like you are a member of the staff and not only a member of the staff with the family, as long as I have a car to drive, JCA will be the only company that will continue to do outstanding still at work to my vehicle. Thank God for JCA and they are staff.

With an older truck it took a minute to get the part in but the team at JCA worked diligently to make sure the work was done right. 100% satisfied again with them.
