I have been a customer of JCA for 15 years. I would not trust my vehicle with anyone else, but the staff at JCA always professional, and they always make you feel like you are a member of the staff and not only a member of the staff with the family, as long as I have a car to drive, JCA will be the only company that will continue to do outstanding still at work to my vehicle. Thank God for JCA and they are staff.

We had an issue with our Jeep where it was shifting rough(manual). I thought we had a transmission issue and it was going to be a major repair. Joe diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time for a very reasonable price. Turn out it was a motor mount that was worn completely out. Highly recommend professional and I was able to handle everything from my phone without having to actually talk to anyone which is ideal for me.

I called ahead, made the appointment, dropped off my car, and when the job was done they contacted me and I got my car back. The important thing was that should I have any issues with the work done, let them know and they would make it right for no additional charge. I did have an issue, took my car back and they kept their word. Issue handled, no charge, and my car is right again. Thanks JCA.
