Everyone I spoke with at JCA was helpful and professional. I was given a straight forward assessment of my truck and worked with them to find the best solution. They were significantly cheaper than the other shops both in the actual cost of the work done but also in terms of not doing unnecessary work as well.

Joe at JCA went out of his way to help me replace my transmission. Even after Galeana Kia messed up and got the wrong transmission, Joe hung in there and got the new one and installed it. Great service all around.
