Shout out to JCA Auto Services! I pulled up at 5:59pm to get a tire plugged from my other car. The young man working took the tire and repaired it for free even though he was closing at 6pm. Thank you for providing phenomenal customer service! As a side note, I stopped at the new Express Oil Change and Tire Center across from Wal-Mart at 5:56pm and was told that they close at 6pm and I could come back in the morning.

I had previously always chosen to take my vehicles to the manufacturer to get services completed until recently. I had a bad experience at one of the BIG NAME DEALERS and had to find an alternative route. I now have found a local shop with competitive value and quality service. JCA Auto has now been working on both our vehicles for the past two years without a hitch! If you want great service and are tired of the extra hassle of dealing with a BIG DEALER's Servicing departments who never answer the phone or provide you satisfactory service, I would recommend this local shop here in IRMO, SC anytime!

These guys are Awesome ! I had a long drive to take for work the air wasn't right in my tire I was nervous to get on the road so I stopped in asked him to take a look. They took my tire off to make sure nothing was in my tire and I would be safe on the road. Fixed the air and didn't charge me anything. I truly appreciate you keeping me safe.
