I love this place. The people are friendly and the prices are decent. This is my 2nd car from them and if I feel something is wrong they correct the problem without hesitation. Thanks guys!

This is a small, privately owed business. They do great mechanic work and also have some cars that they have for sale. The shop is very clean, and so is the office/waiting area. There is also a drop box for people that need to drop their vehicles off before or after regular hours. They are really customer oriented so they make you feel like part of the family. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for work needing to be done.

I had my 2012 Nissan Juke worked on at JCA Auto Services for the 30,000 mile service. They were outstanding and thorough in all aspects of the work. Alex explained to me what was done on that 30,000 service when I set up the appointment. Alex, Jr worked on my car and gave me full details as to what they were doing and showed me filters that had to be changed, prior to just doing it. The cost for this service was extremely lower than a dealership and I cannot be happier. This family owned business is one that I will return to and I highly recommend any type of service work that you need, call or go by JCA in Irmo on Broad River. They are a credit to the automotive services in Columbia. They answered all my questions and followed up with when to bring it back when it is necessary for another high mileage service. Thanks Alex and Alex for making me a happy, satisfied customer.

I took my car there after going to the dealer and I was shocked by the way the owner took care of my car and made sure I was happy. I'm used to rude service people at the bigger dealership always trying to find something wrong and I was so happy I found them and I will be taking all my cars there from now on. Good family business!
